Our Full Groom for extra-large dogs is designed to provide a thorough, professional pampering experience for gentle giants who need that bit of extra care. We focus on comfort, coat condition, and a calm, positive experience throughout. What’s included: • Gentle Bath – A warm, deep-cleaning bath using premium shampoos chosen for your dog’s coat and skin needs. • Blow Dry & Brush Out – Full coat drying and de-shedding or detangling to manage dense or double coats. • Clipping & Styling – Breed-standard or owner-requested styling by our experienced team, tailored to your dog’s size and coat. • Nail Trim – Nails trimmed for paw comfort and posture support. • Ear Cleaning – Gentle cleaning to help reduce the risk of ear irritation or infection. • Sanitary & Paw Tidy – Hygiene trimming and paw pad tidy for cleanliness and comfort. Ideal for extra-large breeds such as Newfoundlands, Bernese Mountain Dogs, Great Pyrenees, Leonbergers, and similar.
Cancellation Policy
✂️ Booking Policy – Please Read Before Booking At Pampers, we offer limited online booking availability to ensure each dog receives the time and care they deserve. Currently, we offer one appointment per day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for online bookings only. If you would prefer a different day or time, please call the salon directly and we’ll do our best to help. To request an appointment, please complete your pet’s registration using the link on our Contact Us page. This will take you to our external booking system (Savvy Pets), where you will be asked to enter your pet’s details and accept our full terms and conditions. 🔒 Deposit & Payment Info • A deposit is required to secure your appointment depending on size of dog can be £25 to £60 • This deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to a new date if you give us at least 48 hours’ notice by phone call or text. • If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or the appointment is missed, the deposit will be forfeited. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill at the salon on the day of your appointment. 🐾 Pricing Information We are unable to provide an exact price until we see your dog in person. This is because costs are based on: • Your dog’s breed, size, and coat type • The condition of the coat (including matting) • Your dog’s behaviour and tolerance during the groom When you complete your dog’s details through the booking link, you will be shown a price guide (e.g. “From £X to £Y”) based on the breed. Final pricing will be confirmed at your appointment after we assess your dog. We aim to be transparent and will always discuss any additional charges with you before proceeding.
