Margaret has her LCGI (Licentiateship of the City of Guilds Institute)
a Level 4 award recognised at the level of Master Craftsmen in
Europe. PTLLS for Education and Training. She also has the level 3 in Assessment and quality Assurance among many more ceritificates.
Margaret has many Diplomas and certificates and continues to
educate herself by attending seminars throughout the year and is
always looking for new ways to give the clients/students more.
Danielle also has her LCGI (Licentiateship of the City of Guilds Institute)
a Level 4 award recognised at the level of Master Craftsmen
in Europe her PTLLS for Education and Training, and her level 3 in
Assessment and quality assurance Danielle has many other
Diplomas and Certificates to her name for someone so young.

Danielle is also a cat stylist /groomer with customers show cats winning many awards.
She has her certificate in 'the principles of cat grooming and welfare, and also her PIF certificate of competence in Cat Grooming.

Danielle is also very talented on Creative Grooming which has been around for a few years now but is really taking off with customers giving a little bit of colour and sparkle to their dogs for their Wedding Days or Special Occasions.

Jodie – Professional Dog Groomer
Jodie is a passionate and highly skilled dog groomer who brings both expertise and creativity to every groom. She holds a Diploma in Dog Grooming from Pampers Grooming Academy, where she trained to an exceptionally high standard.
Jodie has achieved her AIM Level 3 Qualification in Dog Grooming, demonstrating advanced knowledge and technical ability across a wide range of breeds and grooming styles. Her qualifications also include a Certificate in Handstripping, showcasing her precision in breed-standard grooming, and a Creative Grooming Certificate, reflecting her flair for imaginative and artistic styling.
To ensure the highest levels of safety and care, Jodie is fully certified in Pet First Aid and Human First Aid, providing peace of mind for both pets and their owners.
With a calm, caring approach and a real eye for detail, Jodie takes pride in helping every dog look and feel their best. She’s a valued member of our team, and we’re proud to have her as part of the Pampers Grooming Academy family.
Kelly – Senior Dog Grooming Assistant
Kelly brings over 8 years of hands-on dog grooming experience to the team, with a strong focus on quality, care, and attention to detail. She holds a PFA Diploma in Dog Grooming, alongside certificates in Creative Grooming and Handstripping, showcasing both her technical skill and artistic flair.
Kelly is also fully certified in Pet First Aid and Human First Aid, ensuring a safe and professional environment for every dog in our care.
At Pampers Grooming Academy, Kelly plays a vital role as our Pre-Grooming Specialist. She is in charge of preparing each dog for their groom—making sure every pet is thoroughly bathed, dried, and brushed to the highest standard. Her dedication to coat prep ensures our groomers can achieve flawless results on every trim.
With her calm manner and years of experience, Kelly is a trusted and valued member of the team. Her love for dogs and commitment to excellence shines through in everything she does.
