Margaret brings a wealth of experience, skill, and care to every dog she grooms. With her LCGI (Licentiateship of the City & Guilds Institute) — a prestigious Level 4 award recognised across Europe at the level of Master Craftsman.
Her background in Education and Training (PTLLS) and her Level 3 Award in Assessment and Quality Assurance reflect her commitment to maintaining exceptional standards, not only for herself but for the grooming profession as a whole. Over the years, she has also achieved numerous additional diplomas and certificates, each one strengthening her expertise.
Margaret believes that every dog deserves the very best. She continually invests in her skills by attending grooming seminars, technique workshops, and professional development events throughout the year. This ensures she stays up to date with the latest styling trends, coat-care methods, and welfare practices — all of which directly benefit the dogs in her care.
As a qualified Pet First Aid Trainer, Margaret prioritises safety and wellbeing at every stage of the grooming process. Clients can feel reassured knowing that their dog is being looked after by someone with advanced knowledge of health, handling, and emergency response.

Jodie – Professional Dog Groomer
Jodie is a passionate and highly skilled dog groomer who brings both expertise and creativity to every groom. She holds a Diploma in Dog Grooming from Pampers Grooming Academy, where she trained to an exceptionally high standard.
Jodie has achieved her AIM Level 3 Qualification in Dog Grooming, demonstrating advanced knowledge and technical ability across a wide range of breeds and grooming styles. Her qualifications also include a Certificate in Handstripping, showcasing her precision in breed-standard grooming, and a Creative Grooming Certificate, reflecting her flair for imaginative and artistic styling.
To ensure the highest levels of safety and care, Jodie is fully certified in Pet First Aid and Human First Aid, providing peace of mind for both pets and their owners.
With a calm, caring approach and a real eye for detail, Jodie takes pride in helping every dog look and feel their best. She’s a valued member of our team, and we’re proud to have her as part of the Pampers Grooming Academy family.
Kelly – Senior Dog Grooming Assistant
Kelly brings over 8 years of hands-on dog grooming experience to the team, with a strong focus on quality, care, and attention to detail. She holds a PFA Diploma in Dog Grooming, alongside certificates in Creative Grooming and Handstripping, showcasing both her technical skill and artistic flair.
Kelly is also fully certified in Pet First Aid and Human First Aid, ensuring a safe and professional environment for every dog in our care.
At Pampers Grooming Academy, Kelly plays a vital role as our Pre-Grooming Specialist. She is in charge of preparing each dog for their groom—making sure every pet is thoroughly bathed, dried, and brushed to the highest standard. Her dedication to coat prep ensures our groomers can achieve flawless results on every trim.
With her calm manner and years of experience, Kelly is a trusted and valued member of the team. Her love for dogs and commitment to excellence shines through in everything she does.
