Appointments

We have an appointment only system and can often have a waiting list of 2 weeks. We encourage our customers to book in advance to avoid disappointment. If you are interested in becoming a client please call or email for more details on our soonest appointment.

Our appointments are now  8am, 10.30am and 1.30pm


All dogs coming in at 8am should be finished for 10.30pm and all dogs coming in for 10.30pm should be finished for 1.30pm. Dogs coming in at 1.30 will be finished for 3.30pm

Cancellation notice

Please note due to high volume of cancelled appointments and no shows it is now necessary to charge a cancellation fee of £20.

If you miss your appointment or you do not give the required 24hrs notice you will be  charged our cancellation fee before another appointment can be made.
